Slovakia dominated at the home soil

At the 3rd International Slovak Open in Malacky, Slovakia’s players dominated. Beside Italy, the team that clinched gold in Mini cadet Teams Event all other top prizes went to Slovakia teams.

Italy clinched the title in the Minicadet Boys’ teams Event Carlo ROSSI and Matteo MUTTI beat Slovakia’s Stefan PEKO and Daniel ORAC in the final. In semi final Lithuania suffered by the hands of Italian players, whilst Slovakia beat combined team of Slovakia Belarus.

In Minicadet Girls teams Event Slovakia clinched top prize. Tatiana KUKUĽKOVÁ and Ema LABOSOVA from the team of Slovakia overcame Ruzomberok’s Nikoleta PUCHOVANOVA and Katarína BELOPOTOCANOVA. In semi final Ruzomberok beat Italy and Slovakia succeeded against Nitra.

Slovakia also clinched the gold in the Mini minicadets Boys Teams Event. Peter CERNAK and Dalibor DIKO overcame team of Belgium and Italy with Olav KOSOLOSKY and John OYEBODE. In semis they overcame Poproc and Karlova/Topolcani.

Best team in Mini minicadets Girls Teams Event is Slovakia. Zuzana PEKOVA and Julia DZELINSKA overcame Bulgaria’s Viktoria PETKOVA and Kalina HRISTOVA. Lithuania and Michalovce clinched bronze.

In Mini Cadet Singles Event Tomas KOLDAS of Czech Republic beat top seeded Maciej KOLODZIEJCZYK of Austria in the final. Miguel FRANCISKO of Spain and Daniel ORAC of Slovakia won bronze.

In Girls category Marta NAGYPAL of Hungary overcame Ema LABOSOVA of Slovakia in the final of the Mini cadet Singles Event. Zdena BLASKOVA of Czech Republic and Tatiana KUKUĽKOVÁ of Slovakia won bronze.

Tiago LI is the best Mini Mini cadet after he overcame John OYEBODE of Belgium in the final. Dalibor DIKO of Slovakia and Olav KOSOLOSKY of Belgium are third.

Elisa ARMANI of Italy beat Sarah ENDER of Austria in the final of the Mini Mini Cadet Girls Singles Event. kalian HRISTOVA of Bulgaria and Julia DZELINSKA of Slovakia are third.
