Three out of three for Poland’s KTS Enea Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg

Poland’s KTS Enea Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg recorded third straight matches victory in the Group C Champions League Women. This time French Etival Clairefontaine ASRT suffered by the hands of reigning champions.

YANG Xiaoxin overcame Hana MATELOVA (11:3 11:7 11:4); HAN Ying beat Marie MIGOT (11:3 11:5 11:9) and FU Yu prevailed against Camelia IACOB (11:9 11:6 11:7).

In Group A TTC Berlin eastside suffered against the hands of Italian ASD Quattro Mori Cagliari in grueling five matches after they beat same adversaries in previous round. Five times winers in Champions League Germany’s club had a shaky start. Tania Maria PLAIAN beat SHAN Xiaona in the opening duel (11:7 11:8 8:11 11:9) and Sabina SURJAN in the decisive duel (11:5 9:11 11:6 4:11 6:2). Sabina also suffered by the hands of Andreea DRAGOMAN in five games match (7:11 9:11 11:9 11:9 2:6). However DRAGOMAN lost to SHAN fourth match (6:11 8:11 12:10 11:13). DING Yaping overcame Edem OFFIONG (11:8 9:11 11:5 12:10).

In the opening match in Group A ASD Quattro Mori Cagliari lost to Spanish UCAM Cartagena TM.
