ECLW: Four-time champion into semis

ECLW quarter-finals Leg 2: TTC Berlin Eastside – SKST STAVOIMPEX Hodonin 3:0 (1st leg 1:3)

 

Four-time ECLW champion TTC Berlin Eastside managed to erase the 3:1 advantage of SKST STAVOIMPEX Hodonin winning second leg 3:0 and secure its place in the 2018/19 semi-finals.

 

First two encounters were extended to full distance. Georgina POTA took revenge on Natalia PARTYKA for a loss in the recent quarter-finals of CCB 2019 Europe Top 16 Cup in Montreux while SHAN Xiaona overcame Iveta VACENOVSKA.

 

Nina MITTELHAM 22-year-old rising star of Germany was Berlin’s key player in both games against Czech side as she brought unique point for her team in the first leg. This time she managed to upset GUO Ruichen in the third clash.
