Honorary membership for Jeanny DOM

ETTU President Ronald KRAMER presented the certificate and the golden pin that belong to the Honorary Membership to former ETTU Secretary General in Luxembourg today November 27th.

 

During ETTU ‘s Congress on September 30th in Ekaterinburg Ms DOM was appointed Honorary Member of ETTU during the Congress for her long outstanding and meritorious service for ETTU and European table tennis. Jeanny DOM could not be present at the Congress and the draw for the qualification for the 2017 European Championships in Luxembourg was seen a nice moment to meet.

ETTU President Ronald KRAMER stated after today’s ceremony: “Our Congress accepted by acclamation the nomination of Ms. Jeanny DOM for the ETTU Honorary Membership and I am pleased that we have found this opportunity to present the diploma and the pin to Jeanny today in Luxembourg.”

Jeanny DOM is four times Luxembourg Champion seven times Sportswoman of the year; in the period between 1987 and 1993 she was Secretary in Luxembourg TTF; in the period between 1993 and 1995 she was ETTU Secretary and from 1995 to 2013 ETTU Secretary General.
