Roskilde Bordtennis BTK 61 holds the top in Denmark and look for good result in Europe

Danish Roskilde Bordtennis BTK 61 will meet Poland’s KS DARTOM BOGORIA Grodzisk Mazowiecki in the quarterfinal of the TAMANNEFTEGAS Europe Cup.

Both sides met three years ago.

“We played against each other in the season 2018/2019 and each team won one match but they were better overall and reached the second position in the group ” explained coach and player Allan BENTSEN.

What is your expectations for the quarters?

“We got a very strong opponent. But my players are all good and if they play on the top level we can make a good match. I think we can get a little more out of the players so if all play on their best it will be good.’

The club did not face any break due the Covid but they had a short Christmas break.

“At the moment all are good and we have no problems with the Covid-19. Last matches we played in group stages of the Europe Cup in Portugal from 10th to 12th December. We are holding the top position in Danish League at the moment and we will continue after our Europe Cup matches…playoff will be in April/May.”
