David REITŠPIES and Nikita PETROVOVÁ claimed the singles titles at the Czech National Championships.
In the men’s singles, REITŠPIES delivered a strong performance in the final to defeat Pavel ŠIRUČEK in four games. On his way to the title, he came through a demanding semifinal against Radim MORÁVEK, while ŠIRUČEK advanced after overcoming Jiří MARTINKO in a tight contest.
The women’s singles saw PETROVOVÁ emerge victorious after beating Karin GROFOVÁ in the final. Earlier, PETROVOVÁ secured her place in the final with a win over Jana VAŠENDOVÁ, while GROFOVÁ advanced after defeating top seed Zdena BLAŠKOVÁ.
In doubles events, Štěpán BRHEL enjoyed a successful campaign, winning both the men’s doubles title alongside Martin ŠÍP and the mixed doubles crown with Karin GROFOVÁ. The women’s doubles title went to Hanka KODET and Veronika POLÁKOVÁ.
