Media Requests & Event Accreditation

Submissions to any media request and event accreditations shall be made through the following Media Registration Form.

Information

This form is intended for media professionals, broadcasters and content creators requesting broadcast/media rights, event accreditation, or access to official ETTU content for European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) events.

Please complete the relevant sections based on the type of request selected below. All requests are reviewed individually and subject to approval.

Application Categories

1. Broadcast / Media Rights Requests

Requests for broadcast or media rights must include clear information on the intended use, distribution, platforms and territories. Please note that media and broadcaster rights for ETTU events are managed in cooperation with ETTU’s official audio-visual consultant, antesi media GmbH.

2. Event Accreditation (On-Site Access)

For recognised media covering the event on-site, with access to designated media areas and match coverage strictly for editorial reporting. This category includes TV rights holders, TV non-rights holders, digital/online media, print media, news agencies and radio. Commercial, promotional or advertising use of accreditation is strictly prohibited.

3. Event Content Access (Online Only)

For recognised media covering the event remotely without venue access. Approved applicants will receive official ETTU editorial materials (e.g. quotes and imagery where applicable) for editorial reporting only.

Commercial, promotional or advertising use is strictly prohibited.

4. Social Media Content Creators (On-Site Access – Limited)

For independent creators producing event coverage for their own social media platforms. Access is limited and may be subject to specific operational conditions (e.g. designated working areas, time windows or zone restrictions).

Applicants must provide links to their primary active channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook). Approval is not guaranteed and remains at ETTU discretion, taking into account relevance, content quality, audience profile, professionalism and venue capacity.

Important notes
All requests are reviewed individually. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval.

Access levels, rights and materials granted are strictly limited to the approved purpose.
Commercial, promotional or advertising use is prohibited unless explicitly authorised by ETTU.

Applicants are responsible for their own visa arrangements, travel and hospitality.

ETTU and/or the event local organisers reserve the right to request additional information, conduct reference checks, and approve, limit or revoke access for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
