Until 2007 the tournament was played as Top 12, but from the edition in Sheffield (ENG) 2008 it was reduced to 10 players and split in junior and in cadet categories (nowadays Under 15 and Under 19 categories). In 2024 the host will be Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.
Last year in Bucharest Iulian CHIRITA successfully defended his title in the Under 19 boys event and Tiago ABIODUN clinched the title in the Under 15 Boys Event. In girls competition Elena ZAHARIA of Romania and Leana HOCHART of France clinched titles in their respective Under 19 and Under 15 categories.
