The last, fourth game of Round 1 will be held on Sunday: Fenerbahce – SVNO STROCK (13h30 CET).

Two times Women`s European Champions League winner, Linz AG Froschberg left just three sets to its opponent. There was a chance to see two former individual champions of Old Continent in the actions in first two matches, one on each side, but just one was successful.

Metz`s WU Jiaduo (2009 champion) lost from LI Xiaodan in straight games of opener, while Linz`s LIU Jia (2005 ECH winner), actual no. 12 on ITTF World ranking list, overcame FU Yu in four sets.

In third encounter two youngest players showed the most interesting table tennis, as Sofia POLCANOVA overcame Laura GASNIER in five games. Guest led twice, but world`s no. 31 controlled fourth and fifth set.

Regarding game in Poland, main role belonged to a member of German national team, HAN Ying (world`s no. 9), one of two Top 10 players on ITTF World ranking list who participate in 2014/15 WECL. She continued excellent performances from last season, winning two matches against experienced and strong players. First one was Petra LOVAS (WECL champion with Berlin in 2012) and second was actual individual European champion LI Fen from Sweden.

Reigning WECL champion Berlin Eastside confirmed its reputation against Hungarian team who returned in the competition after seven years.

Individual vice-champion of Europe SHAN Xiaona beat Krisztina AMBRUS in opening game. Hungarian Georgina POTA, who played very important role in last season`s triple crown, continued in that style. Now she defeated two times individual champion of Old Continent, LI Jiao in five sets. LI also has two WECL titles with Dutch Herlen. Berlin`s newcomer Petrissa SOLJA secured 3:0 victory to German squad, beating Rita KERTAI in straight games.
