Beautiful pearl of Mediterranean, Spanish Almería, from September 2nd until 7th will host the first ever European Veterans Team Championship. Situated in the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, on the shores of the Mediterranean, Almeria offers fantastic conditions not only for play, but also for perfect relaxation.

“We offer the great possibility of stay in a fantastic place along a week, with a luxury hotel and beach. Almería is also very famous for the gastronomic offer. So, the players will have an opportunity to mix two great pleasures. We have the best sport hall possible, like the Mediterranean Games stadium is, with a capacity for 40 tables,” explained David CORRAL.

The dead line is approaching and so far 50 teams with 164 players from 15 countries announced their arrival. The dead line is August 2nd . The registration form you can find at the official tournament website www.evtc2014.com.

All teams will consist of three players. These three nominated players must be from the same country. The name of the team must include the city, town or village of the playing captain but in case there are more than one team from a city/town or village, a number will be assigned in order of their registration.
