Wels opens the new World Tour season

The reigning Olympic and World champion, China’s ZHANG Jike is the top seed for the Men’s Singles event at the ITTF 2013 World Tour Austrian Open, the first Major Series tournament of the year. In the city of Wels Chinese Taipei’s CHUANG Chih-Yuan is the
