Slovenian boys and girls in good shape at WCC

ìAt the 2013 ITTF World Cadet Challenge in Slovenia’s Otocec top seeds, Asia emerged successful in their respective Groups in both the Boys’ Team and Girls’ Team events. 

In Boy’s Event Asia beat Latin America, North America and Slovenia. Surprisingly, Slovenia with Darko JORGIC, Erik PAULIN and Tilen CVETKO, upset the favorites and booked second position and the place in the main draw.

In Group B Europe with Maxim CHAPLYGIN, Tomas POLANSKY and Aliaksandr KHANIN is at the top of the standings after wins over Latin America, World hopes, and Africa and Oceania.

In the second stage Asia will play against Latin America, Slovenia vs. Europe, North America vs. Africa and Oceania vs. World Hopes.

In the Girls Event in the main draw Asia will play against World Hopes, Latin America vs. Europe, North America vs. Oceania, Slovenia vs. Africa. For Slovenia plays Tamara PAVCNIK, Gaja PARADIZ and Nika NAGLIC and for Europe plays Maria MALANINA, Adina DIACONU and Tin Tin HO.
