France beat Serbia in Belgrade

France secured first win in the Stage one of the European championships. In the match played in Belgrade they beat Serbia 3:1. It is Serbia's second defeat after previously they lost to England.

Dimitrije LEVAJAC was the only player to score for the hosts. He beat Felix LEBRUN (11;7, 4:11, 6:11, 11:7, 11:6). Alexa GACEV lost to Simon GAUZY (4:11, 6:11, 6:11), Nemanja DJILAS lost to Can AKKUZU (6:11, 5:11, 9:11) and LEVAJAC was defeated by GAUZY (6:11, 7:11, 11:9, 5:11).

Serbia will England on Thursday, whilst the match between England and France is scheduled for Friday.
