“I am glad that every year we see the level of the competition growing, in terms of their skills and the number of participants. Young players from China were invited as well, though they will not be able to come due to the measures taken to limit coronavirus. However, it does not mean less competition for our young table-tennis players. The Latvian team expects successful results by Sabina MUSAJEVA and Daniels KOGANS, who study at “Rīdzene” sports school and were awarded medals the previous year. We would be happy to see great scores by Franciska LINIŅA, Artūrs SPALIS and Deniss VASIĻJEVS, too,” says Ina JOZEPSONE, President of Table Tennis Federation of Latvia.
