UMMC stronger than virus

Coach of Russian club Tatiana KUTERGINA explained how her side managed to beat Olimpia Unia Grudziadz despite they played in Poland with just two players
Russian club UMMC Verkhnaya Pyshma managed to beat away Olimpia Unia Grudziadz 3:2 in the TTCLM Round 3 held last Friday, but it wasn’t „typical victory”, as Coach Tatiana KUTERGINA explained speaking for the UMMC website:
„We were faced with a strange virus which hit us for a second time in this season. That was the reason why we needed to change our strategy in TTCLM Round 3. Virus especially broke Grigory VLASOV who was forced to return at home. Hence we decided to play in Poland with Jun MIZUTANI, Alexander SHIBAEV and Zoran PRIMORAC. Than one more problem appeared before the game: PRIMORAC received a back injury and it was clear that we must play without him”.
However, UMMC won 3:2. Japanese MIZUTANI took two points and SHIBAEV added one more.
