In the first leg of the ETTU Cup semi final Eslovs AL beat Olimpia Unia Grudziadz after fierce battle in Sweden. They needed full five matches to make narrow advantage before the next week’s second leg.

XU Hui preserved unbeaten status. He beat both Bartosz SUCH and Yoshida KAII. In the opening duel XU prevailed in straight games whilst KAII forced him to go full distance. Yoshida KAII beat Robert SVENSSON but Swede recovered from defeat to win the decisive match against SUCH.
