Golf Tournament for table tennis players in Tampere

The 11th European Veterans Table Tennis Championships (June 29th until July 4th 2015 at Tampere) already can count on 1900 registered players and more than 400 accompanying persons. Organizing committee announced that they received entries from 35 countries. Germany topping the list by far with 600 entries. More than 100 entries come from Sweden Russia and England around 100 also from France and Czech Republic…

Men’s singles 50 is the biggest event with more than 350 participants.

The number of participants is increasing everyday. DING Yi (Austria) is the most notable name so far but the list is not completed yet.

“As we know that many table tennis players are enthusiastic golf players we will on the free dayWednesday July 1st organize a special Golf Tournament for Table Tennis Players. This Golf tournament will be open for all table tennis players and coaches not only for those participating in Veterans Championships”  announced on behalf of Organizing Committee ETTU Vice President Sonja GREFBERG.

More then 200 volunteers will work during the Championships to make this event unforgettable for everyone…
