In Latvia the Nations Championships was held in Kuldigas novada sporta skolas sporta halle.

The winner in Men’s Singles Event is Oleg KARTUZOVS who beat Sandijs VASIJJEVS in the final 4:1. In semis KARTUZOVS overcame Igors SIDOROVS whilst VASIJJEVS succeeded against Arturs REINHOLDS.

In Women’s Singles Event Baiba BOGDANOVA beat Diana RUSOVA in straight games in the final. Laura VODONOVA and Viktorija MAJOROVA reached semi final.

Arturs REINHOLDS and Mihails BALONUSKOVS are new Doubles Champions. In the final they overcame Sandijs VASIJJEVS and Oleg KARTUZOVS / 3:1. Previously Janis CIRULIS and maris KUDA as well as Emils LUTINSKIS and Maris FREIBERGS failed to halt their progress to the final.

In Women’s Doubels Event final Inta ILKENA and Baiba BOGDANOVA beat Ina JOZEPSONE and Aldona HOMICA. Diana RUSINOVA Vikorija MAJOROVA Mara UPITE and Gunta KUZMANE were halted in semis.

Eihmans GINT and Diana RUSINOVA clinched gold in Mixed Doubles Event.
