Table Tennis televised live at Nanjing 2014 YOG

Seven days of intense action await in the Wutaishan Gymnasium for the table tennis events at the forthcoming Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games. The torch will be lit on Saturday 16th August and then on the following day the first day of action Sunday 17th August play begins in earnest.

Each day of play will be televised; table tennis is one of only 10 sports to be produced live for television at the Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games. Two sessions of play will be broadcast each day.

On each day the scheduled start of the broadcast is 10.00am local time with the commencement of the afternoon sessions having a slight variation. The first two days of action sees the second session start at 2.00pm; whilst on the third day of play it is 3.00pm. On Thursday 21st August the afternoon session begins at 3.30pm with the following day witnessing the start at 4.15pm.

Meanwhile on the concluding two days of action the second broadcast begins at 5.00pm.

Nanjing is eight hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time seven hours ahead of British Summer Time six hours ahead of Central European Time.
