Table tennis team voted as a Team of the Year in Portugal

Table Tennis was nominated in all five categories at the 19th Sports Gala held by Portuguese Sports Confederation at Casino Estoril. The men’s National Team was elected as Team of the Year and Pedro RUFINO as Coach of the Year. In the remaining cate

Table Tennis was nominated in all five categories at the 19th Sports Gala held by Portuguese Sports Confederation at Casino Estoril.

The men’s National Team was elected as Team of the Year and Pedro RUFINO as Coach of the Year.

In the remaining categories Table Tennis had more three nominations: FU Yu (Female Athlete of the Year) Marcos FREITAS (Male Athlete of the Year) and Diogo CHEN (Youth Award).

Patricia MACIEL and Rita FINS were honored with a diploma for their title in Doubles won at the European Youth Championship.
