European champion from Italy in junior girls singles Chantal MANTZ of Germany was forced to withdraw. Tin -Tin HO of England the 16-year-old was first reserve and she will play instead.
The head of German delegation in Tours Eva JELER was asked about the reasons for CHANTAL’s withdrawal. “I guess it is stomach flue. She has high fever and all other symptoms of viral infection. She got sick in very last moment before our trip ” explained JELER.
