Five times Polish champion Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki (2008 2009 2010 2012 2014) had never played in Men`s European Champions League semi-final before. They have two quarter finals (2009 2012) but coach Tomasz REDZIMSKI believes that the time has come to go one step further.

“We are glad to be able to compete with the best European clubs again. We have got very strong teams in group D so this is a great opportunity to test our skills. We have never reached semifinal before so that is the main goal for the new season. First step is to take positions 1-2 in Group D and we will do our best to reach this. On Friday in Dusseldorf we would like to play our best games. This is what we need to beat Borussia.”

Round 1 of MECL Group D will be held today at Dusseldorf: Borussia – Bogoria (19h00 CET live on LAOLA1.tv)
