Vaillante Angers will play in Men`s European Champions League semis after amazing away win against the 2008 champion Niederosterreich 3:0. Austrian champion won first leg 3:1, but French side showed its best face when everybody gave them maximum 10 percent of chances. Semi-final will be held on March and Angers plays against Pontoise in all-French semis.

All six players involved in first clash played tonight, but Angers` no.1 Panagiotis GIONIS this time was no.3. Michel MARTINEZ beat CHEN Weixing in four sets of opening clash. MARTINEZ was beaten by Stefan FEGERL in five sets at France, playing as no.3.

Jens LUNDQVIST overcame Daniel HABESOHN in straight sets and Panagiotis GIONIS did the same against Stefan FEGERL to secure semi-final for Angers. Greek surprisingly lost both his matches in first leg.
