It will once again be a tournament to remember in Ostrava as the biggest talents Europe has to offer show off their skills. France have dominated this competition in recent years, especially in the boy’s events and they will be hoping to do so once again this year. It may be a little more difficult for France this time with the likes of last year’s champion Tristan FLORE and Simon GAUZY not taking part. This does of course mean that everything is open for a new junior boy’s champion! The 2011 and 2012 girl’s champion Bernadette SZOCS returns this year with the goal of making it a hat-trick of titles in the youth tournament and her chances look good as well.

Alexandre CASSIN won the cadet event in Schwechat last season and the European number one at this level is the favourite this time around as well. Alena LEMMER took the gold medal in her final year as a cadet, meaning a brand new champion will be crowned this year with Marie MIGOT the current number one seed.

Who will be crowned champion in the cadet and junior events of the 56th European Youth Championships? Find out on ETTU TV powered LAOLA1.tv with daily LIVE-Streams from table one, as well as all matches On Demand from table one and table two!

Upcoming events on ETTU TV powered by LAOLA1.tv include the European Championships, ETTU Champions League, Europe-Asia as well as many other major European tournaments.
