This weekend, on September 1st and 2nd, the 27th edition of the International Open Table Tennis Vic, organized by Vic Fotoprix, will be take place Vic (Barcelona),

In absolute competition emphasizes the participation of French male Christophe LEGOUT (TT Istres) and his teammate, Michel MARTINEZ. LEGOUT is one of the main favorites. Even important the participation of the Portuguese players, Diogo CARVALHO and Enio MENDES (Arteal Santiago de Compostela), Diogo PINHO (CN Mataró Quadis) and Oriol MONZO (DKV Borges Vall).

In women’s competition the favourite players are Sara RAMIREZ and WANG Zhipei from Fotoprix Vic. Sara is the champion of Spain in Singles.

They will have a difficult competition with opponents like Chinese LIU Chang, Serbian Gabriela FEHER and Ukrainian Natalya PROSVIRNINA.

In the competition’s best players are adapted, Francisco Manuel MARTIN (ATT Premià) champion Spain of class 9 and Joaquim AZCON (TT Cardedeu), Spain’s second player of Class 9.

In total there are approximately 300 participants.

The final game will be played on Sunday 2 September morning at 11 o clock on the installations of “Castell d’en Planes” in Vic,  with a capacity for 2.000 spectators.
