ETTU Champions League Men – SV Werder Bremen- AS Pontoise Cergy | 07.09.2012 19:00CET
Werder Bremen’s first ever game in the ETTU Champions League sees them take on 2007 quarter finalists Pontoise in what will be a very tight match. The German debutants will be hoping to start strongly in their first season but they have a difficult group with last year’s runners-up UMMC and Pontoise. CHUANG Chih Yuan will be leading the line for the German team, the big questions is, how far can he take the side? There is also a sense of all things new in Pontoise as they head into their first season without Adrien Mattenet. WANG Jian Jun has been brought in to replace the Levallois bound player and the away team will hope he hits the ground running in Germany.

ETTU Champions League Men – Borussia Düsseldorf – Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki | 07.09.2012 19:00CET
Last season’s ETTU Cup winners Borussia Düsseldorf will be looking to regain their dominance in the Champions League after crashing out early last season. The hungry lions have a major objective: To equal Royal Villette Charleroi`s record. Boll, Baum and Süss will be joined by youngster Richardo Walther as they go in search of the title. This hunger means that Bogoria have a difficult task on their hands to get a victory in this match, with the Polish side the clear outsiders in Group D.

ETTU Champions League Women – SVS Ströck – STK Dr. Casl | 10.09.2012 19.00 CET
Last season’s silver medalists and top seeds for the 2012/13 season have been given a relatively easy draw in Group B alongside Budaorsi SC and STK Dr CASL, and will be expected to top the table. Fans will be able to see whether their top seed status is justified when they take on the Croations in their first game LIVE on ETTU TV powered by LAOLA1.tv. The Croatians will be pinning a lot of their hopes on the talent of youngster Lea Rakovac who continues to go from strength to strength but it will be a big ask for the outsiders to get a win in the Multiversum.
