23/09/2010 – News that Dimitrij OVTCHAROV one of most promising table tennis players was positive on doping test absolutely shocked all sports people but first of all that is nightmare for him and his family. In his interview for German television ZDF he spoke about his reactions when he received that bad news…

“That was worst day in whole my life like I lost someone in my family. I just reached peak of my career. I am disappointed…”.

– On question how “clenbuterol” was arrived in his blood he answered:
“Experts explained me that in China there is a kind of meat which can makes positive doping test. I like meat very much I eat it every day and hotel in which I ate it was good”.

– Last question was about possibility to be suspended for two years.
“In that case my career will be destroyed. I will do everything; I will pass all the tests to avoid that scenario”.
