TTC Berlin eastside Back in Top Form

TTC Berlin eastside has returned to their winning ways in Europe after a break last year. Following a one-year break the five-time Champions League winners are showing their old form once again. After a flawless performance in Champions Legue Women Stage 1 the team continued their resurgence with a strong victory in the opening match of Stage 2.

French side Metz TT was unable to stop Berlin’s momentum. In a strong showing the German club overcame French side Metz TT with ease. Zhuojia HE was the standout performer proving an insurmountable obstacle for the French team defeating both Mariia TAILAKOVA and Adina DIACONU without giving them much hope.

While DIACONU managed to secure a win for Metz TT by defeating Xiaona SHAN it wasn’t enough to turn the tide as Nina MITTELHAM stepped up and secured valuable point in the match against Sarah DE NUTTE.

Etival ASR TT secured a strong victory over UCAM Cartagena TM in their first away match of this season’s Champions League held in Spain. The duel between Maria XIAO and Jieni SHAO brought suspense and excitement but the rest of the match was largely one-sided in favor of the French team.
