KTS ENEA SIARKOPOL Tarnobrzeg Makes It Two Out of Two

The reigning champions in the Women’s Champions League KTS ENEA SIARKOPOL Tarnobrzeg began the 2023/24 season in an impressive fashion. During the opening week of Stage two the Polish club secured two victories out of two matches. Today they beat Serbia’s STK Novi Sad.

In opening two duel of the match last year’s quarterfinalists failed to create any opportunities to apply pressure on KTS ENEA SIARKOPOL Tarnobrzeg as they arrived in Poland without their Asian player who will join the club in November.

HAN Ying defeated Aneta MAKSUTI in straight games and YANG Xiaoxin beat the 19-year-old Reka BEZEG in a similar style.

YU Fu was on the way to seal the match with qick 11-7 in the opening game but in the second one Tijana JOKIC changed the course of the match. She took control and won third duel.

However HAN Ying was there to prevent any surprise. She overcame BEZEG in quick three games.

In the first match of Stage 2 the Polish club also defeated Joue Les Tours TT in straight matches.
