Solex Consult TTC Wiener Neustadt won a hard battle at home

In the opening leg of the TAMANNEFTEGAS Europe Cup Men semifinal after fierce fight Solex Consult TTC Wiener Neustadt recorded home soil victory against CTT Borges 3:2.

Frane KOJIC put great effort; Croatia’s player won both his matches and pushed Solex Consult TTC Wiener Neustadt into decisive clash between Tomas KONECNY and Marc DURAN which went to Austria’s side. Guests from Spain showed brave face. In the opening duel KOJIC beat Marc DURAN in straight games and on his second exit to the table won the close thriller against Viktor BRODD. That was thrilling encounter at the edge of the knife.

On the other side BRODD prevailed against KONECNY and Joan MASIP beat Felix WETZEL.
