Young players gathered this week in Podgorica, Montenegro on Eurotalents Development / Pre-Selection Camp (Podgorica, MNE, May 26th – June 2nd). Coming from 20 countries, 50 players with 34 coaches gathered under the one roof of hotel Voco. The playing venue is the part of the hotel complex which offers perfect conditions for work under the strict Covid protocol.

“I express my great enthusiasm, joy and pride for our re-live ETTU Eurotalents Development / Pre-Selection Camp here in Podgorica. After 5 months of preparing and hope that we can return to normal work, we managed to gather as many as 50 young players and 34 of their coaches from 20 European countries. We are grateful to our hardworking hosts from MTTA, but to all my closest ETTU colleagues. We have fantastic conditions here at the Hotel Voco. There is also a sports hall where we have trainings 3 times a day. As part of the camp a tournament for both categories will be held and an evaluation and selection of players will be conducted for our final Eurotalents Selection Camp in Otočac in mid-October this year. Today we also had a special meeting with our table tennis legend Vladimir SAMSONOV,” said Development Manager Neven CEGNAR.

The trainings are conducted under the eye of main coaches Jaroslaw KOLODZIEJCZYK (AUT), Sasa DRAGAS (MNE) and Anamaria SEBE (ROU).
