Natalia BAJOR and BADOWSKI won LOTTO Superliga Cup

 

Polish Table Tennis Association organized a promotional table tennis tournament in a completely new formula based on the principles known from T2 Diamond. The event was stage at TVP Sport channel.

 

Natalia BAJOR from AZS UE Wrocław won Women’s Event. Marek BADOWSKI from Bogoria Dartom Grodzisk Mazowiecki proved to be the best among men.

 

Tournament gathered 10 players 8 from the LOTTO Super League the top men’s league in Poland and 2 from the Ekstraklasa League the top women’s league. Natalia BAJOR Paulina KRZYSIEK Maciej KUBIK Tomasz LEWANDOWSKI Marek BADOWSKI Samuel KULCZYCKI WANG Zeng Yi Pavel SIRUCEK and Qiyao HAN were on duty in the venue.

 

Games lasted only ten minutes 5 minutes long halves with one minute break. When the time was over player with the most points become the winner.

 

New version of table tennis turned out to be a great idea. Either players and table tennis fans who watched games in TV said it was a great sport show. Over 50.000 people watch the live broadcast of the LOTTO Superliga Cup. Tournament lasted over 2 5 hours.

 

In addition to tournament games viewers could also see the show of Lucjan BŁASZCZYK and his colleague Norbert STOLICKI who showed that to practice table tennis you do not always need professional equipment. They proved that you can play table tennis wherever and whatever you want even using frying pan or iron.
