On behalf of the European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) I wish to offer you my sincere congratulations on your re-election as President of the Table Tennis Federation of Russia Alexander BABAKOV.

Your re-election is greatly deserved and reflects the significant progress that has been made by the federation under your leadership.

Thanks to your significant contribution Russian table tennis is in a very strong position and is a leading nation not just in Europe but also around the world.

The ETTU is grateful for the partnership Russia has shown and continues to show in hosting major European events.

I have no doubt that under your leadership table tennis in Russia will continue to advance and achieve even greater successes. I look forward to a working with you for the benefit of a brighter future for table tennis in Russia and throughout Europe.
