The Europe Cups season opens this weekend

Europe Cup Men

 

The Europe Cup Men (previously ETTU Cup) starts this weekend with matches with 18 teams devided in four grous: two in Belgium and one in Hungary and Spain.

 

In Spani in Group A Universidad De Burgos will host Fortune Kyiv from Ukraine CSS-SZAK Odorheiu Secuiesc from Romania DT Bridel from Luxembourg and Omis Kharkov of Ukraine. In Group B in Belgium TTC Sokah Hoboken will host Portugal’s G.D.D Toledos Turkey’s Sarkuysan Spor Kulübü Croatia’s STK Libertas Marinkolor and Ukraine’s CE MSC TENNIS ACADEMY SCC Sumy.

 

In Group C in Hungary the host is PTE PEAC Kalo-Meh. They will meet AD Vincios from Spain CTT Tiege from Belgium and TTC Neuhausen from Switzerland. In Group D in Belgium woill play Borges Grup Vall from Spain hoists TT Vedrinamur DT Echternach from Luxembourg and ADC Ponta do Pargo – Calheta from Portugal.

 

Last season G.V. Hennebont T.T. clinched the title for a first time. They overcame FC Saarbrücken Tischtennis. French Hennebont lost his second leg match gainst FC Saarbrücken Tischtennis but they managed to clinch the title in Men’s ETTU Cup by overall result. In both legs hosts won by 3:1 but French side had advanate by winning 19:16 in games.
