Stop for Ukraine and Romania in quarters

ZEN-NOH 2019 ITTF Team World Cup

 

Both European teams in Women’s Temas Event at the ZEN-NOH 2019 ITTF Team World Cup concluded their journey today. Ukraine lost to Republic of Korea whilst Romania was defeat in the match against Japan.

 

JEON Jihee KOR and YANG Haeun KOR had a better start against Tetyana BILENKO and Ganna GAPONOVA but Margaryta PESOTSKA managed to level the matches after win over SUH Hyowon KOR. GAPONOVA then lost to YANG Haeun and PESOTSKA could not manage to win another point against JEON Jihee.

Romania’s Elizabeta SAMARA and Daniela MONTEIRO DODEAN lost to Japan’s Miu HIRANO and Kasumi ISHIKAWA in doubles whilst Bernadette SZOCS  and Daniela suffered by the hands of Mima ITO and ISHIKAWA respectevly.
