President KRAMER presented Badge of Honour to André HARTMANN and NI Xia Lian

The last matches of the first phase of the ITTF-European Championships Teams between Luxembourg and Azerbaijan in Women’s and Luxembourg vs. Russia in Men’s Event yesterday in Hesperange was a perfect occasion for ETTU President Ronald KRAMER to present Badge of Honour to André HARTMANN and NI Xia Lian.

The ETTU Executive Board awarded André HARTMANN and NI Xia Lian with a Badge of Honour at the Congress but now it was a perfect moment for FLTT President and legendary player to be presented with the award in person.
