USD Apuania Carrara clinched the title in Italy

 

In Italy USD Apuania Carrara clinched their third Championships title in 5 years with a score of 17 wins 1 draw. In the final they beat previous champions Castel Goffredo. The creators of this success were Darko JORGIC Deni KOZUL and Mattia CROTTI.

 

The members of Carrara’s team are very happy after they won new trophy. “We started with caution ” says Claudio VOLPI coach of the team. “Little by little each one of our three players adjusted and matured. They boosted their confidence and lead us to the victory”.

 

The President of the Club Alessandro MERCIADRI continues: “I would like to thank the major of Carrara Angelo ZUBBANI present at the final too. We want to thank to every sponsor close to us our technical sponsor Joola the local press La Nazione Il Tirreno La Gazzetta di Massa e Carrara and the federal press. Every part of our society and every supporter who supported us towards the victory helped us win. The Italian Table Tennis Federation President Renato Di NAPOLI also added the extra value to the final with his presence”.
