French favorites awaits qualifiers in knock out phase

Third Round of the ETTU Cup

 

The draw for the Third round of the Men’s and Women’s ETTU Cup was held yesterday. A top seed enters the competition in the knock out phase on 25th November.

 

In the Men’s ETTU Cup top seeded Stella Sport La Romagne will host Spanish Cajasur Priego TM. On the lower half of the draw no. two seed French Istres Tennis De Table will host STK Starr Varazdin. Qualifiers TTC Kazan of Russia will travel to Spain to play against no. three and four seeds DKV Borges Vall whilst Austria’s Stockerau awaits STK Libertas Marincolor. In another four duels Belgium’s Logis Auderghem TT will play against Romania’s CS Mioveni Austria’s SPG Linz will meet Turkish Besiktas Jimnastik Kulübü Ukraine’s Fortune will meet Slovakia’s SK Vydrany. Sweden’s Halmstad will play against SKK El Nino Praha.

 

The top seeds in the Women’s ETTU Cup French CP Lyssois Lille Metropole will host Spanish Tecnigen Linares whilst no. sto seeds Russia’s TTC Kazan will host Netherlands’ Dozy Den Helder/Noordkop. The other matches in Third Round are: Hungary’s Budaörsi 2i sc vs. Belgium’s TT Vedrinamur Czech’s TT Moravsky Krumlov vs. Turkey’s Tigem Sports Club Serbia’s Novi Sad vs. A.C.D. Se Sao Joao Italy’s asv Eppan Tischtennis Raiffeisen vs. Portugal’s GDCS Juncal Spanish CTT Balaguer Villart Logistic vs. Greece’s AO DAO Tavrou Romania’s ACS Dumbravita vs. Sweden’s Sparvägen BTK.
