The Greek Table Tennis Federation will have annual gathering to celebrate the beginning of the New Year. Among the persons who will receive awards will be the chairman of the European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) Stefano BOSI, who is invited to come to Athen, The Greek Table Tennis Federation will have annual gathering to celebrate the beginning of the New Year. Among the persons who will receive awards will be the chairman of the European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) Stefano BOSI, who is invited to come to Athens for the annual event. With this move, the federation will express once again sincere gratitude to the ETTU President for great support to the Greek table tennis. The event will be held on Tuesday, January 8, in STAG area of Peace and Friendship Stadium. People of the table tennis family, representatives of political life and sports federations and of course team members, will receive prizes for their achievements in Teams Championships for the period 2011-2012. Trophies and medals will be distributed to 25 teams. President Stefano BOSI will add luster to the event. The Greek federation for one more time will express gratitude for the financial and moral support from ETTU in these difficult times. ETTU took great initiative and show economic solidarity to Greece. It gave opportunity for Greek youngsters to participate normally last summer at the European Junior Championships in Austria and ETTU helps decisively H.T.T.F. for the realization of training seminars with foreign coaches! Bear in mind that the great financial assistance from the European Table Tennis Union, the Austrian federation (OTTV) and the organizers of the European Junior Championship, the Greek federation had awarded three honorary plaques for President Manolis KOLYMPADIS a short ceremony was carried out in Herning in Denmark last October.
