ETTU Opens Applications to Host 2027 Development Camps

The ETTU is pleased to open the application process for Member Associations and Network of European Training Centres interested in hosting the 2027 ETTU Development Camps.

Applications are now invited to host Selection Camps, Eurotalents Camps, the Continental Hopes Camp and the Para TT Camp.

For the U13 programme, ETTU plans to stage two Selection Camps, two or three Eurotalents Camps, subject to dates, and one Continental Hopes Camp in 2027. The Selection Camps and Continental Hopes are open to all Member Associations, while the Eurotalents Camps are intended for players already selected at a Selection Camp in 2026 or earlier, together with wildcards.

The Selection Camps form part of the pathway towards the Eurotalents U13 Programme, with the best players from each camp selected to join the programme in 2028. The Eurotalents Camps focus on training and improving performance, with no new selection taking place, while the best players from the Continental Hopes Camp will be selected for the ITTF Hopes programme.

ETTU is also seeking a host for the 2027 Para TT Camp, which is staged once a year. The host must provide a fully accessible venue and accommodation and complete the accessibility section of the application form. The camp is expected to bring together approximately 15 to 25 players and 10 to 15 coaches.

All ETTU Member Associations may apply to host the camps, as well as Training Centres that are part of the Network of European Training Centres. Applications will be assessed according to the quality of the training conditions and accommodation, costs, travel accessibility and previous hosting experience. Proposed dates must not clash with Europe Youth Series events, while avoiding clashes with WTT Youth events in Europe is also preferable.

Organisers who have hosted an ETTU camp during the past three years do not need to complete the application form again, unless their conditions have changed significantly. They may instead confirm their interest by email, stating which camp they wish to host, their preferred dates and accommodation prices.

New applicants, or previous hosts whose conditions have changed significantly, should complete the application form. Associations applying for more than one camp should submit one form for each camp.

The deadline for applications is Monday 5 October 2026.

Completed applications should be sent to projects@ettu.org.
