REDZIMSKI defends title as WIELGOS claims first crown in Szczecin

Miłosz REDZIMSKI and Zuzanna WIELGOS claimed the singles titles at the Polish National Championships in Szczecin.

REDZIMSKI successfully defended his title with a dominant performance. In the final, he defeated Jakub DYJAS in straight games (4-0), having earlier overcome Marek BADOWSKI in the semifinals. DYJAS reached the final after beating Tomasz KOTOWSKI.

In the women’s singles, WIELGOS celebrated her first national title after an impressive run. She defeated Paulina KRZYSIEK in the final (4-2), having edged past Katarzyna WĘGRZYN in a dramatic seven-game semifinal. KRZYSIEK advanced to the final after overcoming Natalia BAJOR.

WIELGOS also added a second gold medal in women’s doubles alongside BAJOR, while Marcel BŁASZCZYK enjoyed a standout tournament, winning both men’s doubles with Jakub STECYSZYN and mixed doubles with KRZYSIEK.
