Adam KLAJBER and Ema LABOŠOVÁ claimed the singles titles at the Slovak National Championships in Bratislava.
KLAJBER enjoyed a breakthrough tournament, securing his first senior national title after an impressive run. He defeated defending champion Ľubomír PIŠTEJ in the semifinals and then completed a remarkable comeback in the final, overturning a 1-3 deficit to beat Jakub ZELINKA (4-3).
In the women’s singles, LABOŠOVÁ returned to the top of the podium, winning her third national title after missing last year’s championships due to injury. She defeated top seed Tatiana KUKUĽKOVÁ in the final (4-1), continuing her strong record in title matches. On her way to the final, LABOŠOVÁ overcame Dominika WILTSCHKOVÁ in the semifinals.
LABOŠOVÁ also added the women’s doubles title alongside WILTSCHKOVÁ. In the men’s doubles, the young pairing of Samuel ARPÁŠ and Mychailo LOVHA impressed with a dominant run, while the mixed doubles crown went to the experienced duo Ľubomír PIŠTEJ and Tatiana KUKUĽKOVÁ.
