Germany Romania and Slovakia clinched gold in European Youth Series Tournament in Czechia

The team’s event at the European Youth Series Tournament in Czechia Open concluded with victories for Germany and Romania in the Under-15 Boys and Girls categories.

In the Under-15 Girls event Romania’s Diana SUVEI and Patricia STOICA clinched gold with Czechia’s Simona HOLUBOVA and Adela BRHELOVA finishing second and Denmark’s Sally LOU Stella ROSENMEIER and Filippa MICKELBORG taking third. Enya HU and Michelle WU of Switzerland are also third.

In the Under-15 Boys final Germany’s Tien Nghia PHONG Jannis WÜRZBERGER and Jonathan GAISER triumphed over Czechia’s Oliver OLEJNIK and Ondrej MORAVEK. Denmark’s Malik SEVERINSEN and Emil HASSELBALCH secured third place. Malik SEVERINSEN and Emil HASSELBALCH of Sweden are also medal winners.

In the Under-13 Boys event Romania’s David TORO and Alexandru POP overcame Austria’s CHEN Seung Jin and CHEN Sung Bing with a 3-0 victory in the final while Germany’s Koki PÜSCHEL and FLEMMING finished third. Romania 2 is also third with Vladimir FILIMON ROMANESCU Andrei BADESCU and Matei NITA.

In the Under-13 Girls final Slovakia’s Bianka BACSOVÁ and Barbora Melisa GUASSARDO defeated Romania’s Kariss Yasmin SERBAN and Nadalia IONASCU. Germany’s Lotta ROTHFUSS and Ksenija POZNIC as well as Czechia’s Helena KAMARADOVA and Elen GALETKOVA secured third place.
