The fourth round of the Premier League of Russian club championships 2011-2012 in Verkhnaya Pyshma is finished. Two clubs were leveld on points. In the last round UMMC club has beaten their main rival Fakel GAZPROM in a fierce match, 4:2.

In the first match Alexey SMIRNOV couldn’t win the decisive point over HOU Yingchao, and the chinese legionnaire scored 3:2. Alexander SHIBAEV turned into a superplayer. Hard battles in Dortmund and European champions league gave him a priceless experience. This time Alexander’s power was tested by Dimitry OVTCHAROV, the 10th world racket. SHIBAEV played in a fantastic way, so OVTCHAROV could not create many chances to win, and the match finished with the great victory of Alexander – 3:0. Then Vladimir SAMSONOV has beaten Michael MAZE. This victory was a key one.

Despite the victory with the score 4:2, UMMC did not manage to clinch the 1st place. By a superior single’s difference Orenburg is the champion. The gold went to: Vladimir SAMSONOV, Dimitrij OVTCHAROV, Alexey SMIRNOV, Fedor KUZMIN, Sergey ANDRIANOV and the team coach Valery SALABAEV.

UMMC was upset, but they are looking forward to the European Champions League (5th anf 17th of May) to make a revenge. By the way, Orenburg is their rival!

Kamdor Kazan, the newcomer of the championships, is on the third place. The line up is: Alexey LIVENTZOV, Vasily LAKEEV, CHEN Hao, Evgeny PETRUKHIN and Semen SHEVCHENKO. There is a big merit of their coach, Valery SHEVCHENKO.

On the 4th place is also a Kazan’ club – Bars (Grigory VLASOV, Yaroslav ZHMUDENKO, Ramil MUTYGULLIN, Alexander OLONOV, and their coach Sergey VLASOV).

In Women’s Premier League Dal’EnergoSet’Project from Vladivostok has won, and they did not lost a match. This club will represent Russia in the final of ETTU Cup.
