The Portuguese National Championship was held this weekend in Mafra, a town near Lisbon. André SILVA, aged 23, and Olga CHRAMKO, 36, won the title for the first time in the singles events.

In the Men’s Singles Event, André SILVA beat the Diogo CHEN who is still junior, aged 16, by 4-1, and Olga CHRAMKO won the title also by 4-1.

Men’s Singles –  Final: André SILVA – Diogo CHEN 4-1 (11-5, 11-9, 13-11, 10-12, 9-11)
Women’s Singles –  Final: Olga CHRAMKO – Ana Lúcia SILVA 4-1 (11-6, 9-11, 11-7, 11-4, 11-6)
Men’s Doubles – Final: Diogo SILVA/ Diogo CARVALHO – Jorge COSTA e Ivo SILVA 3-0 (11-2, 11-5, 11-4)
Women’s Doubles – Final: Ana Lúcia SILVA/ Olga CHRAMKO – Cátia MARTINS/ Ana TORRES 3-1 (11-2, 6-11, 11-9, 14-12)
Mixed Doubles – Final: André SILVA/ Ana Lúcia SILVA – Duarte FERNANDES/Olga CHRAMKO 3-0 (11-6, 11-7, 11-5)
