JOOLA 2013 Hungarian Junior & Cadet Open – ITTF Premium Junior Circuit started today in Szombathely

On the opening day of the tournament in Junior Boys’ Singles qualifications in top 8 Groups there were no surprises. Elias RANEFUR of Sweden Vadim YARASHENKA of Belarus Bence MAJOROS of Hungary Shady MAGDY of Egypt Tobias RASMUSSEN and Claus NIELSEN of Denmark Simon BERGLUND of Sweden and Martin KHATCHANOV of Netherlands all clinched top position in their respective Groups.

Gael VENDE of Switzerland and Marek BADOWSKI of Poland upset the favorites. VENDE beat Ukraine’s Kyrylo SAMOKYSH and Patrik KLOS of Czech Republic. BADOWSKI overcame KWAN Man Ho of Hing Kong and Nikola MARINKOVIC of Serbia. 

Swiss Celine REUST in Junior Girls Singles Event upset the favorites Kristyna STEFCOVA of Czech Republic and Katarzyna GALUS of Poland. Florence VAN ACKER of Belgium overcame Pauline CHASSELINE of France whilst Tamara AGOSTON beat Karolina MYNAREVA of Czech Republic another top seeded player in her respective Group.
