The event was organized at the main stage of the Opera and Philharmonic hall. The tournament gathered Olympic medalists and World Champions SAIVE PERSSON Frenchman Jean-Philippe GATIEN and Poland’s Leszek KUCHARSKI.

In the semi final SAIVE beat KUCHARSKI whilst PERSSON overcame GATIEN.

Among the guests were the members of Andrzej GRUBBA family.

“Such moments are very touching. At one hand this event commemorates my husband but the other it is still hard to accept he is not any more among us ” said Lucyna GRUBBA.
