Linz AG Froschberg is the first 2014/15 Women`s European Champions finalist. Two times WECL champion – 2009 and 2013 – defeated tonight SVNO STROCK 3:0 in the returning semi final leg. Three days ago in Schwechat the score was the same in favor of Linz` side. The 14 times Austrian champion will fight for the title against the winner of the clash between Fenerbahce and TTC Berlin Eastside (Turkish champion won 3:1 1st game rematch will be held on January 24th 12h00 CET).

Tonight everything was clear after opening encounter when Iveta VACENOVSKA beat Matilda EKHOLM in five games. In the second match LI Xiaodan improved her season`s individual score to 7-0 beating Tetyana BILENKO in four sets.

Dora MADARASZ forced LIU Jia to play her best table tennis winning first two sets but the 2005 individual European champion responded by three in a row. In both meetings with SVNO STROCK world`s no. 12 played as Linz`s no. 3.
