Niederosterreich confirms its class

The 2008 TTCLM champion beat at home Olimpia Unia Grudziadz 3:1 in the Round 1 of Group B

 

Wienviertel Niederosterreich had a successful start of the 2015/16 TTCLM as it overcame at home Olimpia Unia Grudziadz 3:1 in Round 1 of Group B. Chinese HOU Yingchao former world`s Top 10 player brought two points to the Austrian side.

HOU opened the clash in Wolkersdorf against WANG Yang. Well known defender took six points in a row in the fourth set (4:6 10:6) to open the way to the victory.

Daniel HABESOHN defeated Yaroslav ZHMUDENKO in the straight games. But Ukrainian missed good chance in the second set having two set balls after Habesohn`s 9:5 lead. Host managed to survive in that game after amazing return (11:11) which has determined the final outcome.

Patryk ZATOWKA reached unique point for Polish club as he beat Dominik HABESOHN in straight games.

Finally HOU secured victory for the 2008 TTCLM champion. Chinese prevailed against ZHMUDENKO in four games.
