TTCLM Round 4”: Sporting moves closer to quarter-final berth with 3:0 win over Pontoise

Two matches held tonight November 23rd: Sporting Clube De Portugal – AS Pontoise Cergy 3:0 SPG Walter Wels – Stella Sport La Romagne 1:3

 

TTCLM newcomer Sporting Clube De Portugal managed to beat again double TTCLM winner AS Pontoise Cergy moving closer to the quarter-final berth. Two months ago Portugal`s team won away 3:1 while this time final score was 3:0. One more club recorder third victory in its debuting season: Stella Sport La Romagne defeated Walter Wels second time this year 3:1.

 

Joao MONTEIRO improved his individual score to 5-1 as he beat Can AKKUZU in the opening game in Lisbon. Sporting`s player has been extended to full distance by promising French player. Unique African player in the TTCLM Quadri ARUNA overcame one of the best European players Marcos FREITAS 3:1 while Diogo CARVALHO reversed the score from 1:2 to 3:2 against Niago STOYANOV.

 

The 2016/17 ETTU Cup Men winner Stella Sport La Romagne did a big step towards quarter-final spot thanks to WEI Shihao who provided two points against Austrian side (played without CHO Seungmin). Chinese beat both Zsolt PETO and Robin DEVOS. CHEN Tianyuan (4-1 score) secured one more point for guests by beating DEVOS in the opener.
